RarityHub is a price-tracking service for collectables. We compute market values from publicly available completed-sale data across marketplaces.
If you create an account, we store your email address and the collection data you choose to save (items, conditions, notes, photos of your own items). Optional profile details (name, city, country, phone, birthday) are stored only if you add them.
To list items you give us your legal name, display name, city, mobile number and email, and for shops the commercial registration number. Buyers see only your display name, city and badges. Your phone number is shown only to signed-in users, only if you allow WhatsApp contact, and only when they tap "Show phone number". Your legal name, email and registration number are never shown to other users. If SMS verification is on, we send a one-time code to your number through our SMS provider; the provider receives the number for that purpose only.
Listings, your own item photos, in-app messages, reviews you leave or receive, reports you file, appeals and moderation notices are stored so the Market works and so we can moderate it. Messages are visible only to the two people in the conversation and to moderators when a report or appeal requires it. Reviewer and reporter identities are not shown to other users. When you remove a listing as sold, the sale price is kept in a separate member-sales record.
If you allow notifications, your device's push token is stored so we can tell you about new messages, listing reviews and price alerts. You can turn this off in your device settings at any time.
Your data stays while your account exists. Email daniel@rarityhub.app to delete your account; we remove your profile, listings, messages and photos, and keep only what the law or a live dispute requires.
Our price index is built from publicly listed completed sales (item, price, date). We do not collect or store personal information about marketplace buyers or sellers.
We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand feature usage. We do not track you across other websites or apps.
RarityHub links to listings on third-party marketplaces (such as eBay). Once you leave RarityHub, those sites' own terms and privacy policies apply. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, which support the service at no cost to you.
