RarityHub is a price-tracking service and a classifieds board for collectables in the Gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman). Our price index is built from publicly available completed sales. The Market lets collectors and shops list items for sale and contact each other. RarityHub is not a party to any sale, does not handle payments, and does not hold, ship, inspect or guarantee any item.
You must be 18 or older to sell. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private. One person, one account.
Deal directly with the seller. Meet in a public place, inspect the item before paying, and never pay before you see it. RarityHub shows the real sold value of the same item next to the asking price so you can judge the offer; that value is information, not advice, and not a guarantee of authenticity.
You can message sellers in the app or, if they allow it, on WhatsApp. Phone numbers are shown only to signed-in users and only when the seller allows WhatsApp contact. Keep messages about the item. No spam, no harassment, no attempts to move a buyer to a scam. Either side can block the other, which ends contact both ways.
After a seller marks an item "sold here" and picks the buyer from their conversations, that buyer may leave one review with a 1–5 rating and a comment. Reviews must be honest and about that transaction. Reviewer identities are not shown.
Anyone signed in can report a listing. A listing reported by three different people, or whose text triggers our replica filter, goes under review: it is hidden from buyers and the seller is notified. A moderator then approves it or removes it, normally within 24–72 hours, and the seller is notified either way. We may also remove listings and suspend sellers for breaking these terms, at our discretion.
If your listing is removed or your seller account is suspended, you can appeal once from the notice you receive. Tell us why the decision is wrong and include what helps (receipts, photos of the item or slab, where you bought it). A moderator answers within 24–72 hours and may restore the listing, reinstate your account, or keep the decision.
A suspended seller cannot list. Their active listings are taken down. Repeated or serious breaches (confirmed replicas, scams, harassment) lead to permanent removal.
You are responsible for your listings, messages, reviews and the items you sell or buy. RarityHub provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users, from an item's authenticity or condition, or from the availability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
